Note:If the customer do not satisfied the receives the goods do not more than 30 days , they can contact the website customer service to submit the application for return. We will process it after verifying the order and shipping information.
If you just received your order and it appears that it was damaged in transit, contains a manufacturer 's defect or the wrong item was shipped please let us know as soon as possible.
We will of course make all the necessary arrangements to correct the situation at no cost to you. In some cases the manufacturer will require at least one photograph of the item inquesti on.
Car Truck Accessories is currently unable to accept returns on used items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If your order was placed through our website we will have to charge a 15% processing fee on your return (unless it is determined to be defective or a mis -shipment).
Shipments returned as undeliverable for any reason will be considered refused. Should customer contact Car Truck Acces sories and request re I shipment, customer will be res ponsiblefor additional freight charges. If a delivery is refused the customer will be responsible for all incurred,s hipping costs and the standard 15% processing fee.
Failure to completely follow the installation instructions included with all products soldby Car Truck Accessories will automatically void the manufacturer's warranty. Car TruckAccessories cannot be held respons ible for neglect or mistake of the installer. Please refer to the specific product warranty for further information.
